Designed by Stanley S. Covert, the 1898 Queen Anne-style house of J. R. Holley, who was a vice president of the Bristol Brass and Clock Company, is located on Bellevue Avenue in Bristol.

I lived in that home from the mid 40″s thru 1960 when I graduated college. The home was owned by my grandfather, Morris Raffel, who operated a business on old North Main St.
Obviously Mr. Holley built the house to last, it’s over 100 years old and still looks great.
Someday, if I am in Bristol, I would like to relive some childhood memories inside the home.
